WELCOME STATEMENT

Dear Field Trialers:
The Rocky Mountain Springer Spaniel Association cordially invites you to our annual fall field trial. This year we are holding our trial on Sunday, March 8 and Monday, March 9, in conjunction with the Northern Colorado Springer Spaniel Club on the same weekend. The trial grounds are located north of WCR 14 and east of WCR 37 on the Miller property. The cover is a mixture of grass and weeds.

Our All Age judges are Bob Bullard and Darrel Roth. The Open Stake will start no sooner than the conclusion of the Northern Colorado Springer Spaniel Club Trial on Sunday March 8. The Amateur Stake will start after the first session of the Open and they will alternate until concluded. The Puppy Stake will run concurrently with the alternating all-age series. We will not have a formal training session before the trial. Our Puppy judges will be announced before the trial.

The Trial Headquarters is the Best Western Plus, located approximately 5 miles from the grounds at the intersection of I-76 and Hwy 52 in Hudson Co. The phone number is 303-536-4401. Please mention the Rocky Mountain Springer Spaniel Association when booking.
Hunt Secretary will handle the entries (huntsecretary.com) and entries will close on: February 24, 2020 at 11:59:59pm Eastern Time.

There will be lunches available both days on the trial grounds.
Please remember to be prepared for any kind of weather in Colorado. Some form of blaze orange is required in the field. Due to the dry weather, we ask that you not smoke anywhere on the grounds.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Mark Matthiesen, Field Trial Chairman at 303-249-4561, or Kevin Noon, Field Trial Secretary at 303-907-0122. We hope you will join us for a great field trial.
