Welcome Statement

Thank you for joining us for our annual NAHRA Hunt Test. We hope everyone has a great event. Copper State HRC would like to thank Chauncey Ranch for hosting us. A $5.00 donation from each entry fee will be made to Tonto Creek Camp for help with the upkeep of Chauncey Ranch. If you see any employees during the weekend, please be sure to show them your appreciation.

CSHRC will be following all State and Local mandates. With your help, CSHRC will continue to provide a safe and enjoyable event.

Please stay at home if you have been sick, feel ill, or experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms.

Practice good housekeeping; CSHRC will have a sanitizing and wash station at the club trailer. The station will have a bottle of hand sanitizer to use for you and for the club equipment. Judges will also have sanitation products near the "line"

Please check this site 24 hours prior to the test to make sure that the test has not been cancelled. No other notice will be sent in the event of a test cancellation.

Scratches

Scratches prior to closing date will be refunded by HuntSecretary.com.

After the closing date, all scratches will be handled based on the Club Scratch Policy specified below.

Club Scratch Policy

Refunds for scratches made before the closing of the event will be made by HuntSecretary.com per HuntSecretary.com Terms and Conditions.Refunds for scratches made after the closing of the event will be made, minus a $25 fee, for the following reasons: bitches in season, sick or injured dogs, or death. The hunt test secretary must be notified prior to the start of the test and a certificate from a veterinarian certifying the condition of the dog must accompany the request for refund.
No refunds will be made for no shows.

Dry camping is available on test grounds for $11.50 a night. Please note that trailers cannot be on grounds until after 3:00pm on Friday,12/2/2022 and must leave the grounds by 9:00am on Monday, 12/5/2022.
