| Scratches prior to closing date will be refunded by HuntSecretary.com. |
| After the closing date, all scratches will be handled based on the Club Scratch Policy specified below. |
| Club Scratch Policy |
Refunds are available for scratches for bitches in season and dogs with injuries or contagious disease who under the advisement of a veterinarian should not attend. Request for refunds must be accompanied by a written veterinarian statement stating the reason for withdrawals within 10 days after completion of the field test. Scratch fee: $30 per entry (after draw). There is no refund for no-shows. Entries not scratched for cause prior to the start of each day's scheduled test are considered no shows.
