Scratches
Scratches prior to closing date will be refunded by HuntSecretary.com.
 
After the closing date, all scratches will be handled based on the Club Scratch Policy specified below.
 
Club Scratch Policy

Any dog(s) that needs to scratch due to a medical issue will be refunded the entry fee(s) minus a $15 duck fee per dog.

Any dog(s) that is scratched for a non-medical issue will not be refunded the entry fee(s).
