This hunt is held under the rules of the North American Hunting Retriever Association, Inc.

In the effort to make these tests affordable handlers that can operate work stations if needed would be greatly appreciated.

On Saturday both the Regular Field Test and the REGIONAL STAKES WILL RUN AT THE SAME TIME STARTING AT 8:00 AM.

Senior B Handlers (Handlers & Dogs entered on Sunday) will be expected to stay after completion of our Regular Field Test/Regional Qualifier on Saturday.

Please note: If you have titled your dog(s) at Navesink River Hunting Retriever Club's test in September of 2021 or after you and your dog(s) are qualified to enter the Regional Qualifier.

We ask that all participants check in at the headquarters prior to going to your first stake. All participants will be required to sign a waiver prior to your stake starting.

(LHRA), the North American Hunting Retriever Association (NAHRA) and the owners or operators of the field test grounds (Frosthill Farms) are not responsible for any damage and/or injury sustained to animals, humans, and/or property while on the test grounds or traveling to or from the field test grounds.
All participants, spectators, and guests recognize that this is an outdoor event, and attend at their own risk and agree to hold harmless LHRA, NAHRA, their officers, the field test committee, and the field test property owners or operators from any and all claims of personal property loss, damages, and/or injury.
Scratches
Scratches prior to closing date will be refunded by HuntSecretary.com.
 
After the closing date, all scratches will be handled based on the Club Scratch Policy specified below.
 
Club Scratch Policy

CLUB SCRATCH POLICY:

Refunds: All scratches prior to the close will be handled through Hunt Secretary unless club scratch policy below states otherwise.

Club Scratch Policy: Scratches after the draw will require a note from a licensed veterinarian and may be assessed a $15.00 fee. No refunds will be given for scratches after the start of the test.

Refund for bitches in heat only. $10.00 handling fee may be deducted.
