Scratches
Scratches prior to closing date will be refunded by HuntSecretary.com.
 
After the closing date, all scratches will be handled based on the Club Scratch Policy specified below.
 
Club Scratch Policy

CLUB SCRATCH POLICY:
Refunds: All scratches prior to the close will be handled through Hunt Secretary unless club scratch policy below states otherwise.

Club Scratch Policy: Scratches after the draw will require a note from a licensed veterinarian and may be assessed a $15.00 fee.

No refunds will be given for scratches after the start of the test.

Refund for bitches in heat only. $10.00 handling

Accommodations


Lunch Information

NO FOOD OR REFRESHMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED.

Vernon NSP has offered the grilling area, tables etc. for our use. They have several large gas grills ready to go right next to the clubhouse. While we have no plan to provide lunches, if you are interested, throw in some grilling meats/veggies and feel free to help yourselves to the facilities.
