This hunt is held under the rules of the North American Hunting Retriever Association, Inc.

Note: Started, Hunter, and Intermediate categories will be combined. Cross entries between same day Started, Hunter, and Intermediate will not be accepted.

*ON SATURDAY, UPON COMPLETION OF INTERMEDIATE A, SENIOR B WILL BEGIN. SO PLEASE, SENIOR B HANDLERS TAKE NOTE, DO NOT LEAVE THE TEST GROUNDS. Starting Senior B on Saturday afternoon, will hopefully prevent Senior Handlers from finishing late on Sunday evening.

VOLUNTEER HELP:

Volunteers welcome! When NAHRA field tests were first getting underway, handlers pitched in to ensure smooth and efficient mechanics. In addition, this tradition continues to help hold down club costs for hosting a test. So handlers, please check with your marshal(s) to see if you can help out, such as replacing a handler/worker out in the field or a marshal so he/she can run his/her dog. Thanks!
Scratches
Scratches prior to closing date will be refunded by HuntSecretary.com.
 
After the closing date, all scratches will be handled based on the Club Scratch Policy specified below.

Refunds: All scratches prior to the close will be handled through Hunt Secretary unless club scratch policy below states otherwise.

Club Scratch Policy: Scratches after the draw will require a note from a licensed veterinarian and may be assessed a $15.00 fee. No refunds will be given for scratches after the start of the test.

Exit 48 on the NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY. Continue North on NY-98/Oak St/Oak Orchard Rd Go 3.5 miles, turn right onto NY-262 East/Ford Road, go 6.5 miles. Turn left at 4-way blinking red light (Crosby Food Mart on right, Byron Hotel on left). Turn left onto NY 237 N, go 0.8 miles for Senior A. Turn right at the 1st CROSS STREET (Cole Road), go 0.4 miles for B Tests.
