Refunds are available up to the closing date for bitches in season and injured dogs. Request for refunds must be accompanied by written veterinarian statement stating the reason for withdrawal within 10 days of completion of the field/hunt tests. Scratch fee of $30 per entry after draw for all refunds. There is no refund for no shows. Entries not scratched for cause prior to the start of each days schedule6d test are considered no shows.
The entry fees for all dogs includes a $5 non-refundable processing fee.

Full refunds, less the non-refundable $5 processing fee, will be made for bitches in season and/or for dogs that are injured and unfit to run. The refund will be made when a Veterinarian's certificate is received. Scratches are to be made directly with the Event Secretary.

There will be a $30.00 charge on all scratches made after entry closing and before the start of the stake. The Club will not refund the credit card fee paid to Entry Express or Hunt Secretary for each dog that is entered. No refunds will be made without the approval of the field trial/hunt test committee. No shows will not be considered for any refund. No Show = No Refund. A letter from a DVM is required to verify injuries, deceased dogs or bitches in season to receive a full refund (less any Entry Express fees that are charged to the Club). The Field Trial/hunt test Committee reserves the right to review and approve all refunds. Prior to close, all scratches should be made through Entry Express/ Hunt Secretary. Any scratches made before closing may be charged a fee by Entry Express/Hunt Secretary that is within AKC/NAHRA Rules.

If the event is cancelled after close, entrants will receive a refund less the cost of the running order catalog, and any fees charged to the club by Entry Express/Hunt Secretary including, but not limited to, the non-refundable credit card fee charged by Entry Express/Hunt Secretary and any other fees allocated to the Club by Entry Express/Hunt Secretary or fees/costs incurred by the Club in the planning of the event.

COVID 19: Anyone who is exhibiting symptoms and chooses to scratch the event will receive a refund. The Club will not refund the credit card fee paid to Entry Express/Hunt Secretary for each dog that is entered. No refunds will be made without the approval of the field trial hunt test committee.
