Scratches
Scratches prior to closing date will be refunded by HuntSecretary.com.
 
After the closing date, all scratches will be handled based on the Club Scratch Policy specified below.
 
Club Scratch Policy

Scratches due to a medical problem with your dog(s) will be refunded the entry fee minus a $15 duck fee.

Should a handler scratch their dog(s) for no medical reason, said person WILL NOT receive a refund of their entry fee.
