Welcome Handlers to the 2022 Spring NAHRA Field Test. The Spokane Bird Dog Association has put together a fun filled weekend to recognize your dogs accomplishments. We have added an additional day to help those handlers preparing for the Invitational, that we are hosting in June. Good luck and we are looking forward to seeing you here in beutiful Eastern Washington.

Additional Field Test Information

General Reminders of Some NAHRA Field Test Regulations
•No training will be allowed on the test grounds.
•Dogs may need to run out of the listed running order to accommodate dogs or handlers with multiple entries. Senior takes priority, then intermediate and started.
•Please do not hesitate to ask questions of the field test committee
•Bitches in Season shall not be permitted on field test grounds.

Additional Info:
Judges shall set up all tests within the prescribed guidelines set forth in the NAHRA regulations, giving paramount consideration to simulation of actual hunting conditions.

Judges decisions are final in all matters concerning the field performance of the dogs under judgment.

SBDA would like handlers to direct any questions regarding the judges’ decision to the Marshal or a Field Test Committee member; please do not approach the judges themselves. Don’t be shy if you feel that an error occurred, errors have been made.

Scratches
Scratches prior to closing date will be refunded by HuntSecretary.com.
 
After the closing date, all scratches will be handled based on the Club Scratch Policy specified below.
 
Club Scratch Policy

All scratches must be made known to the Field Test Chairman and/or the Field Test Secretary as soon as
possible. Scratches not announced prior to the start of the field test in which the dog is entered to run are
considered to be no-shows. Dogs may be scratched due to bitches being in season, illness, injury, or death.
The Field Test Committee reserves the right to require veterinary excuses. Requests for refunds, stating the
reason for scratching, need to be made to the Field Test Secretary by regular mail or email within seven (7)
days after the conclusion of the field test. There will be no refunds for no-shows. Refunds will be made less a $15.00 administrative fee.
