Welcome to the Northeast Washington Gun Dog Clubs Spring NAHRA Hunt test. We are excited to be hosting another NAHRA event. The grounds are in great shape. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Additional Field Test Information

Scratches
Scratches prior to closing date will be refunded by HuntSecretary.com.
 
After the closing date, all scratches will be handled based on the Club Scratch Policy specified below.
 
Club Scratch Policy

All scratches must be made known to the Field Test Chairman and/or the Field Test Secretary as soon as
possible. Scratches not announced prior to the start of the field test in which the dog is entered to run are
considered to be no-shows. Dogs may be scratched due to bitches being in season, illness, injury, or death.
The Field Test Committee reserves the right to require veterinary excuses. Requests for refunds, stating the
reason for scratching, need to be made to the Field Test Secretary by regular mail or email within seven (7)
days after the conclusion of the field test. There will be no refunds for no-shows. Refunds will be made less a $15.00 administrative fee.

Dry camping will be available at Burlington Ranch, site of test.

Limited hotel/motel accommodations in area.

Lunch Information

No food will be sold/available on hunt test site.

Tailgate Information

We will have a picnic banquet and Ribbon ceremony at the Hunt Test HQ on Saturday evening at 5:30.
