The Four Points Retriever Club (FPRC) will hold a 1-day NAHRA Licensed Hunting Retriever Test on July 21st, 2022. It will be held at Central Minnesota Retriever Club near Sauk Rapids, MN. |

| Please read the following: Covid-19 Policy from NAHRA’s Four Points Retriever Club We, the Board, Officers, and Hunt Test Committee would like to welcome all handlers, workers, judges, and spectators to our July Hunt Tests. We are currently living in unprecedented times during this COVID-19 pandemic and because of this, FPRC will be implementing measures to help increase the safety of our contestants, marshals, judges, workers, and gallery. The following measures will be implemented and required during the test: •Social distancing practices must be followed. If you do not live in the same house, you must remain at least 6 feet apart from one another while watching and/or running the test. •Do not gather in groups. •You are responsible for your own personal hygiene, please use caution and wash or sanitize your hands. •If you are sick, feel sick or ill, or someone you live with or are in close contact with is sick or ill, please do not attend the test. If you feel as though you fall into one of these categories, please contact FPRC Test Secretary, Lisa Esboldt (lisa.esboldt@gmail.com), and we will work with you to get your entry fee refunded. •If you have a pre-existing/underlying health condition or are at high-risk for severe illness from COVID-19, you may want to consider not attending this test. By entering or attending this test you are assuming that risk and agree to not hold the Four Points Retriever Club, its officers, host property owners, or NAHRA responsible. If you are not comfortable attending the test and assuming the risk of contracting COVID-19, please do not attend. Ultimately, you are responsible for your own personal hygiene and FPRC will not be held accountable. However, FPRC will be taking these precautions very seriously, and those in attendance must comply with these measures to ensure the safety of all in attendance. |

| Scratches prior to closing date will be refunded by HuntSecretary.com. |
| After the closing date, all scratches will be handled based on the Club Scratch Policy specified below. |
| Club Scratch Policy |
Refunds are available for scratches made prior to the closing date, bitches in season, and injured dogs. Request for refunds must be accompanied by a written veterinarian statement stating the reason for withdrawals within 10 days after completion of the field test. Scratch fee: $25 per entry (after draw). There is no refund for no-shows. Entries not scratched for cause prior to the start of each days scheduled test are considered no shows.
